A Note on Wellbeing

What the app is — and isn't

The app is a personal wellness journal. It's here to support you — not to replace the people who care for your health.

The app is a journal, not a clinic

Everything in the app — the check-ins, the movement suggestions, the feelings log — is about helping you tune in to yourself. It's a space for self-awareness and gentle habit-building, not diagnosis or treatment. If something is worrying you health-wise, please speak to someone qualified to help.

Movement that works for you

The workouts in the app are designed to be kind to your body. But everyone is different. If anything doesn't feel right — stop, rest, or modify it. There's no pressure here. If you have any health concerns before starting something new, a quick chat with your GP is always a good idea.

The feelings tracker

When you log how you're feeling — your energy, sleep, warmth, mood — you're building a personal picture of your own patterns. It's useful self-knowledge, not a clinical record. If your feelings concern you or feel intense, please talk to someone. Your GP is a good place to start.

Your Wellness Summary

Your wellness summary is simply a tidy view of what you've logged yourself. It's a handy reference — something you might glance back at or bring to a conversation with your doctor if you want to. It's not a diagnosis, and it's not reviewed by any medical professional.

If something feels urgent

The app isn't an emergency service. If you need urgent help: • Emergency: call 999 • Non-emergency: NHS 111 • Mental health support: Samaritans 116 123 (free, 24/7)

We built this app because women in midlife deserve better support — in movement, in self-understanding, and in feeling at home in their bodies. We're here alongside you, not instead of your healthcare team.
